What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through this website, for example when you contact us, register, make a request or a donation, or sign up for parish emails. We also gather basic visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed, to improve the website. This does not use cookies and is not used to identify you.
How we use it
We use it only to respond to you, to serve you as a parish, and to process gifts and receipts. We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
How we protect it
Your information is available only to parish staff who need it. If you request an announced Mass intention, the intention, including the names you give us, is shared with parishioners in the printed and emailed parish bulletin and may be announced at Mass. We use trusted service providers to run our website, process payments and send emails. Some of them may store information outside Canada. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires.
Cookies
We use a small cookie to remember your language, and no advertising cookies. Some pages include content from other services, such as maps and videos, which may set their own cookies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from parish emails at any time. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
